What to do at Central Park in Menifee?

1) Let The Kids Play on The Playground

The Central Park playground features slides, ladders, built-in sensory objects, and more! 

Located right at the front of the playground is a sign stating this park is a “Bipa Playground” with instructions on how to download the app to get ideas for ways to play. 

Parents find it enjoyable to sit under the shaded structure and watch their children enjoy the sunshine. The covering holds four picnic tables and two coal-burning barbecue pits with coal waste available too. 

Covered Structure and Restrooms Available

Large Water Feature and Covid-19 Memorial

One of the unique things about this public park is the beautiful water fountain feature that rests right at the front of the park entrance. Children love the sensory aspect of playing with the fountain, which shoots the water up and into large clay pots that bubble the water over back into the fountain. Four benches also sit directly in this area of the park for residents to quietly enjoy the sounds of the bubbling water and the birds chirping in the distance. 

This is a peaceful and colorful area of Central Park, where there are a multitude of hand-painted rocks placed along the walking path with tokens of memory of loved ones lost during our generation’s largest worldwide pandemic. 

Paved Bike and Walking Paths Connect to Haun Rd Shopping

If you like to go for a bike ride or walk your dog around town, this area is the perfect place to get your daily cardio in while enjoying the local wildlife. The paved walking path connects to Haun Road shopping and dining scene, where you can rest and recharge before you return home.

Three Large Multi-Purpose Fields

These fields are often used for concerts as there is a stage meeting at the center. Many families use these open, grassy fields for picnics, sports, and other family games. If you love to be outdoors in the fresh air, these fields are the perfect place to enjoy the lovely Southern California landscape.
