What to do at E. L. Pete Peterson Park in Menifee?

Let Your Dog Run Off-Leash at The Designated Dog Park

E. L. Pete Peterson Park is one of the best places to safely let your dog run off-leash in a fully-fenced dog park. Many residents bring dogs of all sizes to socialize and play together. The designated dog run has two separate areas, one for small and one for large breed dogs.

This are also houses waterfountains for people and pets, agility course structures for dogs to practice with their owners, plenty of dog poop waste bins with bags, and public seating so you can rest while your dog plays.

Another reason both humans and their dogs love this park is all the shade provided by large mature trees. This feature is not available at many public parks in Southern California, and helps keep this park cool during hot Summer months.

Bring The Kids and Let Them Enjoy The 2 Play Structures

During the Summer months, both dogs and kids can become stir crazy inside the house. This park also provides two play structures for kids of all ages. Climbing features, slides, and sensory toys are featured on the structures, and kids enjoy the space to run around.

Enjoy a Picnic Under The Covered Shelters

This park has 3 large covered picnic shelters to use for family gatherings, parties, or events. The access to public parking and restrooms makes this a great spot for people to enjoy.
